How to Book a Tiree Sea Tour:

NEW: Multi-Day Plankton Pursuit
Our most immersive experience yet, the Multi-Day Plankton Pursuit is designed for those who want to truly connect with the "giants" of the Hebrides. This expedition focuses on tracking Basking Sharks as they follow the seasonal plankton blooms, alongside regular sightings of Minke whales, various dolphin species, and vast colonies of seabirds.
Ideal for Photography & Special Interest Groups
With more time on the water, this tour is perfect for photography groups, wildlife enthusiasts, and film crews. The extended duration allows us to wait for the perfect light and sea conditions, ensuring you get the best possible shots of these magnificent marine mammals in their natural habitat. Our experienced crew understands the patience required for wildlife photography and will work to position the vessel for the best vantage points.

Wildlife Tours
Experience the best of Hebridean marine life with our range of Seafari tours, designed to get you closer to the incredible wildlife surrounding Tiree and Coll.
2-Hour Wildlife Seafari: Departing from Scarinish Harbour, this short trip focuses on visiting local seal colonies and exploring areas frequently visited by dolphins. It’s an ideal introduction to our local waters.
Half-Day Seafari (3–4 Hours): A deeper exploration of the coast as we head further out to search for whales, dolphins, and diverse seabird colonies.
Full-Day Marine Mammal Seafari: Our original signature tour on a comfortable, covered RIB. This trip features on-board facilities including a toilet and hot drinks, allowing you to spend the full day comfortably tracking marine mammals.
There is a truly incredible amount of wildlife to be seen around the coast of Tiree and your knowledgable crew will make sure you see as much of it as possible, although sadly there are no guarantees!

All trips are dependent on weather conditions and minimum passenger numbers. The skipper may alter, cancel or amend the route of any sailing at his discretion for the safety of passengers.

You are naturally closer to wildlife when you visit the Isle of Tiree. Our island is a popular destination for people who want to see and experience the vast and wonderful wildlife of the Inner Hebrides.
You may not know but the waters off the west coast of Scotland are a superhighway for a quarter of the world’s whale and dolphin species. Some of the species not just passing by but are residents of the area. The Isle of Tiree, being the most westerly of the Inner Hebrides, gives you the opportunity to catch sight of truly breathtaking wildlife all year round.
